Our Payment Programs for Heating Oil
Automatic Delivery
The best way to save, our automatic customers can save .17¢ per gallon off "full price" by paying for their fuel at the time of delivery. That is an additional .02 ¢ off the discounted price. We take the worry out of your heating fuel needs by delivering fuel on an automatic basis. We guarantee* you will never run out of fuel and you do not have to worry about watching your tank and remembering to call to order fuel. After approximately 3 deliveries, our computer system can calculate your home’s usage based on the average daily temperature and your consumption history. Automatic customers must be “filled up” at each delivery.
Pay the Driver Discount
“Will call” customers paying for their heating fuel at the time of delivery receive the discounted price: 15¢ off "full price". Existing customers with approved credit, who pay within 10 days from delivery, can also take advantage of our discount price: 15¢ off per gallon. You must purchase a minimum of 150 gallons for the delivery to qualify for the discount price. Additional discounts may be available for larger quantities. Smart Pay
A great way to spread out your energy bills and save with the discount price: Taking your usage history, and current market conditions, we can calculate a monthly payment for you. Smart Pay customers receive the discounted price for each delivery and make a monthly payment. By spreading your payments out, you will not have higher energy bills in the winter. The smart pay payment plan is based on 10 months. Your monthly payment may be adjusted periodically (up or down) if needed. All smart pay accounts must be cleared (brought to a “0” balance) each year. Smart Pay Payments are due on the 10th of the month. This program is limited to customers having a good credit history with us. Other limitation may apply. Pre Buy (Price Lock)
Pre purchase your heating oil and you can “lock in” your price for a set amount of gallons. If the market goes up or down your price remains the same. This program is limited and usually offered in the late summer/early fall. Prices are based on “contracted” future heating oil purchase agreements the company enters into to support the program. This program may not be offered every year. Interested customers are encouraged to contact our office for more details, by calling 570-647-0271.
General Delivery Policy
In most cases we have a 150 gallon minimum delivery requirement. The regular delivery period is Monday thru Friday. Many times fuel is delivered in 1 to 2 days, depending on your location and truck routing. Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Emergency, after hour, and weekend deliveries are subject to a service fee.
* We guarantee that our “automatic” customers will not run out of fuel. On the rare chance you do run out of fuel we will dispatch a driver to come fill you up: nights, weekends, or even on a holiday. Automatic customers must notify us if they experience a change that would drastically alter their usage rate.
