Simply print and complete the certificate below and send it to us. We will then apply a $50 credit to your account as our way of welcoming you to our family of customers and thanking you for visiting our web site.
Existing Customers: Refer a friend and both can save.
If you are an existing customer and refer someone to us who becomes an automatic customer, we will give both of you a $50 account credit. After the 3rd delivery to the “new” automatic customer we will place a $50 credit on both accounts. You and the new customer simply print a copy of the certificate below, fill it out, and send it in. We will take care of the rest.
The certificate MUST but submitted before the 3rd delivery on any new account. Late certificates cannot be honored.
To receive the $50 credit we must receive a properly completed certificate from BOTH the existing customer AND the new customer, BEFORE the third automatic delivery occurs for the “new” customer. Accounts must be current and remain in good standing at all times to qualify for the credit. This credit offer is good for future purchases only: certificate has no cash value and there are no refunds for this credit. We reserve the right to alter or cancel the program without notice.
